OVER aims to identify and define suitable methodology and tools to adjust European trainers' knowledge and competencies to the specific exigencies of an emerging group of learners: the over 45 - with particular attention to the low skilled ones - through a valorisation of informal learning.
OVER is a pilot project co-funded by the Leonardo da Vinci European Programme for vocational training.
